Telecom Cabling - $72.00
Labour for Telecommunications cabling during regular business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily, excluding Statutory Holidays. Whether you require a single phone jack installed or an entire building cabled for a new telephone system, our technicians can make suggestions, do moves/adds/changes, or build you a new structure.
In Shop IT Service - $60.00
Any and all Computer/Server/Network Services that are carried out in our shop (including telephone calls on the customer's behalf), during regular business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily, excluding Statutory Holidays. A minimum of one-half hour will be charged. Pick-up and/or delivery of equipment by Your IT Depot Ltd. staff is not included with In Shop IT Service, and will be charged at our On Site IT Service rates.
In Shop IT Service - Overtime - $90.00
Will apply to any In Shop IT Service performed outside our regular business hours, or on Statutory Holidays. Customers will be advised prior to overtime work being performed.
On Site IT Service - $80.00
Any and all Computer/Server/Network Services that are carried out on a customer's site during regular business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily, excluding Statutory Holidays. This charge will include travel time to and from the customer's site for all technicians. A minimum of one hour will be charged.
On Site IT Service - Overtime - $120.00
Will apply to any On Site IT Service performed outside our regular business hours, or on Statutory Holidays. Customers will be advised prior to overtime work being performed.
